CAMONA spol. s r. o. is a private Czech organization established in 1996. The organization is evolving into a modern company focused primarily on the production for the automobile industry. The aim of the organization is to become a medium-size technologically strong organization producing state-of-the-art products at the European level. The concept of the organization is based on the assumption that in future it is going to be more and more the use of modern technologies and qualification of employees that shall represent the decisive factors of success. In future, the scale of success shall be the achievement of targeted positions at the selected market segments while meeting a reasonable profitability of production. To achieve these positions it is conditioned by a continuous flow of solutions that reduce customer’s cost, provide higher productivity and added value. The buyers’ requirements for the high quality standard are guaranteed by the certified system. Camona has introduced the system in accordance with the norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the regular a pøi audits following these norms do confirm the quality standard. The audits of the end customers of our products carried out directly in our premises do also result in positive reactions. The company’s line of business embraces assembly of electrical and electronic components for the automobile industry and electro-industry according to the documentation supplied by the customers from EU countries. Technology used by the organization does not have any direct unfavourable affect to the environment and the waste resulting from production is disposed by specialized companies based on concluded contracts on waste disposal and recycling. During the initial years the production was carried out in rented premises, however, with respect to the permanent increase of employees the production was relocated to a newly built plant with an area of 1,600 m2 in October 2001 providing employees with a pleasant working environment. The aim of the organization is supported by the education of all employees. The organization uses its own transport to secure dispatching of goods and material. It is located in close vicinity to a railway station. The plant is accessible by car, approx. 90 min from the capital Prague. All present production is provided for German customers.
